The appetizer is SALMON „MON AMOUR“. As a main course we serve CORN-FED POULARDE WIH ROSEMARY. We finish our dinner with a traditional TARTE AU CITRON. Our wine recommendation this time is the white wine TOUR SAINT MARTIN 2006 from the Château de la Vieille in Bordeaux.
When it comes to cooking the most important thing for Christoph & Philipp is fun and a wholesome natural taste. We prepare our meals with few but good and well selected ingredients. Just keep it simple.
